Miss Schmidt began working for Krent Wieland Design in 2005 as an eight month intern and returned the next summer for an additional three month internship. Upon graduating, she was hired to work as a full-time employee in June of 2007. Since then, she has been working on a variety of projects from the conceptual phase to implementation.
